Pedestrian, 92, killed crossing road

The 32-year-old man driving the car was uninjured when it hit the man on Crown Street at 3pm (AEST) yesterday.The 92-year-old pedestrian died later in Wollongong Hospital.Earlier yesterday, a 61-year-old man died in a collision between a car and a tipper truck on the state's north coast.The man was trapped in his car and died at the scene of the crash on Coolamon Scenic Drive in Mullumbimby.The truck driver was not injured.
