Queensland Minerals Announces New Meeting Date and Filings

Queensland Minerals Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:QML) ("Queensland" or the "Company") announces that its annual and special meeting of shareholders will now take place on April 29, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. (EDT) (the "Meeting") at the administrative offices of the Company in Longueuil, Quebec. Shareholders of record as of March 3, 2011 are entitled to attend and vote at the Meeting in person or by proxy. At the Meeting, among other items of business, shareholders will be asked to approve the Company's previously announced transaction with Dundee Precious Metals Inc. ("DPM") which consists of an option entitling the Company to acquire a 100% indirect interest in the Surdulica molybdenum project, the Tulare copper and gold project and other early stage projects located in Serbia (the "Serbian Assets").
