Microsoft Surface 2.0: The World's Biggest iPad

Image via Wikipedia Steve Jobs took the iPod touch and made it bigger. And while the idea of a 9.7-inch iPod touch may be kind of ridiculous, it’s also kind of great. Between March and September Apple sold 7.5 million of its 9.7-inch iPad tablets. Well Microsoft has an even bigger touch-screen computer, the table-sized Surface, and Microsoft Chief Steve Ballmer is determined to make it work. Ballmer introduced its next-generation touch-sensitive table computer during his keynote speech at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas Wednesday. One way or another, this is sure to be the next big thing.
